SHIPPING POLICY

COMBINED ORDERS
We do not refund shipping costs on combined orders during our launches or any other promotions.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
Shipping fees are non-refundable. As of right now we offer USPS and UPS for all of our shipping needs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
TYPICAL WEEKLY ORDERS - For most weeks, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays.) We do not ship SAME DAY in case of early cancellations (please see below cancelation policy).

LAUNCH ORDERS - During our launches or restock events, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays.)

Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. You have 14 days from the date of the purchase to request a refund. Must ship back your merchandise within 7 days from your request, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please email shathletics@usa.com if you have any questions.

Once your return is received, it will be heavily inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached (in the original location) and be sent back in the same packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip that comes inside your package). If you're return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48-72 hours.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable.

 

DENIED RETURNS

 

1. Product issues - Velcro marks, stains, cuts, holes, any damage to the item

2. Dog hair or hair of any kind

3. Odor of any kind - including detergent

4. Tags are off or retagged in a different location or with a different technique

4. Promotional and/or free items were not returned with purchase

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Pantyhose or undergarments
  • Lotions/Creams/Body Gels
  • Hair accessories

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND?

Contact us at {email} for questions related to refunds and returns.

1) Email shathletics@usa.com to start your return/exchange process.

2) Please add any feedback in the comments section to better help us understand your return or exchange.

3) Ship back your items Sweat Her Athletics within 7 days from your request. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return or exchange. There is no restocking fee but you are responsible for shipping items returned.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS

Items that have been purchased on clearance or sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

There are no credits or refunds issued if you purchased a regular priced item and it goes on SALE. 

DEFECTIVE | PRODUCT ISSUES

If the product is defective or damaged we will be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for you. Please email us at shathletics@usa.com and provide us with photos and proof of the damage or defect. Once we've received the damaged, garments will be subject to inspection and we will send out the replacement item immediately.

GOT THE WRONG ORDER?

We apologize for the inconvenience, send us an email at shathletics@usa.com so we can send you a prepaid return label and get your correct items out ASAP. Please note: if the items are worn and/or washed despite the item being incorrect, we cannot offer an exchange for the incorrect shipped product.

International orders - we are unable to send a prepaid shipping label so please email us at shathletics@usa.com to discuss options.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Customer Service is our top priority alongside providing you with quality pieces. If your order is cancelled after 24 hours, it will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions. 

WEEKEND ORDERS - Any orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

PRE ORDERS- Expected shipping date will be located on the product screen. We will constantly update the status of your pre order, typically arriving before the expectant shipping date.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & PROTECTION

USPS First Class Shipping ranges from 5-10 days (excluding days for processing and weekends). This shipping option is most cost effective, but lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer - no exceptions.

USPS Priority Shipping ranges 2-6 days (excluding the days for processing & weekends). This shipping option offers insurance up to $100 and any lost (not stolen) package a case can be filed via USPS. Stolen packages or incorrect deliveries are not insured under this shipping option - and Sweat Her Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation is the BEST option to ease your mind for safe shipping with USPS. With this option, you'll need to sign for your package and it should not be delivered unless signature is documented. 

UPS: ranges from 2-6 days (excluding the days for processing & weekends). All UPS packages come with $100 INSURANCE. PASSPORTS 2 FITNESS (SH Athletics |Sweat Her Athletics) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
